Dont waste your time. Difficult to navigate. Have to register only to be told to cough up $7.99.

Super buggy app. Works great at times but then crashes. Major bummer.

Today, Saturdays 5/7, was the first race in NYC only after delays the app made a notification that the race was suspended until Sunday - wrong the race took place. As of 10pm EST Saturday 5/7 the results are not published in the app neither any replays or for that matter nothing regarding todays race. A total waste of $26.95 US. Free app covering the Volvo Ocean Race was excellent. Up to date locations and tracking plus other features for FREE. AC+ no stars unfortunately I have to give it at least one.

Id give it a fair review if it would even run. IPhone 6s Plus, all updates, still just wasted space on my device.

Horrible app, half the time it gets locked into portrait even though Im landscape orientated. Half the features simply do not work. BUT the worst of all is while they say its free, when I try to watch, boom, they say I have to cough up 8 bucks. Deleting it now...

So its a decent app but turned out to be an epic failure in NYC. I suppose my ATT service was part of the failure but with 75k fans in NYC I could only get 5% updates on the race course over two days. Very sad. Im a huge AC fan. Dont spend the $7.99.

Used this app for watching some highlights of previous races and it worked fine. Bought the Season pass for $24.99 to watch NYC races, played ok once and now it keeps crashing and doesnt register my in-app purchases. Hitting restore doesnt seem to fix it either. Please fix this app folks. Love watching AC content, Im using an iPhone 5. Thanks for listening.

Pretty app. Nice looking app. But like an SoCal Orange County gal. Its all looks and no brains. No pre-schedule info other than where and date. No specificities at or about the locations. I really was just looking for dates times locations, how tos, heres wheres, nors, anyway not happy.

Buggy and NOT free.

The flow of the app is okay, although it isnt always intuitive. It would be nice to include explanations of the sport (flags, sequences, courses, info about the boats, etc.). The app crashes after playing videos (consistently, every time). Realtime stats are really great and appreciated. Attended Chicago event and received free access code that didnt work (too many redeemed already?!).

I assume most folks would buy this subscription to view the race. It turns out if you miss the live coverage, they dont post the most recent races in either Videos, or Replays. This is a waste of $8 if youre wanting to watch replays of recent races.

This is a textbook example of why inexperienced team should not bother building a digital product. Leave it to experts, dont be greedy and try to build a buggy app with a terrible UX and then ask people to pay for it. Oh, and the promo codes they hand out at the events dont work. Whatever happened to increasing access and engagement to democratize the sport?!

I paid for live racing, but the video is terrible. I have gigabit Internet and can stream Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube flawlessly but every time they have a live feed on this app the video stops and chops all of the time. Terrible execution of the live video, I inly put up with it because its the only way to watch. What a disappointment.

Ive never had an app so slow, unresponsive and unstable before. Crash, crash, crash... And I dont mean boats, its the app. I wish there was another source for live info. Maybe theyll have a fix before the next venue?

I had the original Americass Cup app in time to see the 2013 races. They were real time and also available in replay videos if you missed the race. And it was free. I dont mind watching ads, I know there has to be SOMEBODY paying the bills. I have even purchased some AC merchandise in the past. When I tried to log on to watch the Chicago event, they want $8 just to watch. What will it be next year racing for the cup? $25? Lousy video too. I am not impressed.

Tech support is quick to reply but not quick to do anything. Missed 6 races purchased. Wonder if a refund will be coming?

This app tries too hard to be fancy. It should be simplified in terms of design. I watched Saturday races with no problem, but Sundays races did not work "stream unavailable" error. Im really angry. I paid $7.99 for one event and only got half of it. Got less than a year to fix this before the Cup. Get a n it!!!

I downloaded the pp. tried to play video segments. Got an error. Then no way to go back to the app. Had to delete and reinstall. Dont pay for it!

Very unreliable! Keeps crashing.
