Bought AC+ to watch racing live - all app does is crash.

I was able to watch the UK races without any issues to report. Then today for the Swedish series and after an update, virtually any selection I pick on the menu makes the app crash. And to top it off the result of the races is announced with a bold title and image on the home screen. Thanks for the spoiler!

The only reason I got this app was for the race video, and that seems to be the only thing that doesnt work. The stories and whatnot are all ok, but since they took the video off YouTube this time around, Im looking to this to keep track of the racing. Guess I cant watch anything until they work this out.

I couldnt even open the app the first time -- the app crashed. Second time I tried, it crashed my whole phone!

Only way to watch the World Series in my country and wont work. Crashes every time I push a button. Better sort this out before Bermuda.

Its incredible all the technology and all the effort developed on last AC, was done for nothing... You are experiencing AC like a decade behind with this app. Plus you get charged... Wait until this gets better, dont pay for it.

Kept crashing on my iPod, could do Apple TV AirPlay but dont pause or fast forward, it crashed every time for me. Also each event location is $8, guess Im not watching this anymore, got my own boat to spend $ on. Uninstalled.

You cant scroll through the videos. Youve got to sit through the whole thing even if you just wanted to see specific parts of a race. The digital replays cant be sped up, so either watch a digital simulation at real time or give up. Mostly youre paying $8 bucks to give them the right to market to you. This app is not in line with what Id expect to get for that amount of money.

This a used to be a fun, reliable window on the Americas Cup world, but no more. Since the upgrade anything worth watching is an in-app purchase. The videos that are available a short, choppy, splashy pieces short on substance and value. I thought they wanted to get more people interested in the sport. This is a real disappointed.

This app neither loads or works properly. Why cant you just keep the AC34 version going? With the current coverage of AC35 in this app and on the web you sure are on your way to loose the last few real fans remaining in the U.S. People who tune to your coverage are usually sailors themselves and they want the real thing, not a meaningless, chopped up mess. Does Larry Ellison know about this?

This is a good app. You must have a decent download feed (originally I did not ) and if you do, then this app is good for watching the AC races. I have 50 mbps and it works very well

I havent had any problems with this app. Ive watched both with a wifi connection and over 4G and both times it worked great.

Id like to find out if there is archived video as I missed the first race on Sunday... but the app will not open. It did open on Sunday now just flashes first screen for a second and closes. Anyone else having the same experience? iPad Mini running iOS 9.0.2

Not much use without purchase of event coverage and even then not with much since they are barely racing any during these events anyway. $7 for 1hr of racing is ridiculous. Poor event, poor organising and even poorer app.

Expensive app that did not have coverage as promised. Do not waste your money until the app is fixed to work.

This app is so buggy, it is entirely unpredictable. I have been following the AC for years and this years app-based gatekeeper is nothing short of insanely frustrating. I am highly skilled with technology but this terrible application has me baffled why it sometimes works and more often does not. Among the long list of issues: - often does not recognize my purchases - routinely comes up saying location services must be enabled (and they are already). Still havent got the fix for this one - many times replays simply do not show up, so I have no way to actually see the content I paid for _ no support to speak of. My last email to support prompted a timely reply several days later which was entirely elementary, unrelated to my issues and solved nothing An embarrassment of an app that serves more as a self-aggrandizing glossy promotional piece with high level news flashes than one that actually helps you see what is happening. Yet it is the only option for us real sailing fans...an unfortunate consequence perhaps of the interplay between monopolistic media practices and sport

Choppy video. Netflix works great. All the time. This app not so much. Must be the salt water.

The video quality was perfect and the live stream with multiple cameras gives different perspectives.

A lot of great stuff in the app. Video replays are great, except that it doesnt remember where I left off. When I stop the video and come back later, it starts over at the beginning.
